Advice On Investing In An Expensive Market
Hello BP team! I am a young investor just starting out my investment journey with my wife/family. I live in the Northshore area of Massachusetts (North of Boston close to NH). My market is one of the most expensive in the country and I wanted to ask the BP community any advice you have with investing in a market where prices tend to be on the higher side (Ex: most multifamilies are north of 700,000 -1.5 million). My wife is in college but works almost full time and I am a full time banker. Our goal is to house hack our way to grow our investment portfolio.
