Any recommendations on finding cash buyers for a wholesale deal?

Hi Kevin,

I would recommend going to local meets-ups. If you go on the "Meetup" app and type in "*my local area* real estate investors" this will be a great place to start. I would also worry less about finding buyers and focus more on finding the best possible deals you can. When you have good deals it will be exponentially easier to find buyers. These are my thoughts.

Matt

It's in the Springfield/Western MA market, I'd love to connect if possible!

Hi Kevin, The Meetup app, as Matthew recommended, is very useful. Also a good idea to search for Facebook pages in your area related to wholesaling and general real estate. Look for people on those pages mentioning that they are taking bids for contractors or specialists for work on their rentals, and message them to see if they are actively building their portfolios. That may lead to a potential deal.

You can use software to identify and skip trace cash buyers. Consider using the reverse wholesale method, where you connect with buyers at local REIAs and meetups to understand their specific property preferences and then market deals tailored to their needs. Additionally, consider sharing the cost of investorlift with others in similar situations to optimize resources.

Great piece of advice in terms of reverse wholesale method!
