St Thomas Property Management

Does anyone have a recommended property management agency in St Thomas and/or St Croix? If you buy a condo in one of these locations and rent it out short-term, does the condo complex usually handle rentals, or do you need to find a manager?

@Ryan McNamara, condo's almost never handle the rentals.  In fact, a lot of condos hate and ban short-term rentals.

If you're needing management then you will have to hire a property manager.  There is a difference between short-term and long-term managers; make sure you hire the correct type.
