Seller Financing Questions

Does anyone specialize in selling properties with seller financing? I own an investment condo, my expenses went up and my tenant just left, and I'm considering selling it with seller financing but want to learn a lot more about it. Can you recommend any courses to learn more about this?

"Who needs the bank" by Bob Zachmeier is a great, fast read on the basics of owner financing.  I'd start here before going down the rabbit hole...

First, ask yourself if you want to be the bank. From the way you laid it out, you want to sell on seller finance because you paid too much, have high expenses, and a vacancy. You are selling a lemon to someone who is going to grind it into lemonade at your expense. Yes, you will get more on seller finance than on the market most likely, but now you are the bank managing the payments and amortization.
