Pros & Cons of MTR in Downtown SLC? 1bd 1bth & Den/Office room
Can anyone with MTR experience in downtown Salt Lake City give me their pros/cons? Insights/advice or thoughts? I am considering going this route with my unit and would love to hear about others experience.
As business traveler to SLC frequently to the DT area having access to transportation and walkability to a place like Trolley Square with restaurants, shops, and a store. Having a target audience and adding value to that traveler will be most important. Business travelers want a desk, fast internet and usually good coffee. Skiers need space for their gear, families will want kid friendly activities.
Thanks for the insight/inspo!

I live in Salt Lake County. Those can do very well as long as HOAs dont restrict them.

There is demand for them. I manage around 105 MTRS/STRs in northern utah, would be happy to chat further with you.
