1. They are not located in the USA, so if you give them money it is not based on laws in the USA.
2. They do not show any photos or know who these people are
3. What are you investing in?
4. Do they have an SEC offering? How are they raising money?
5. What is their track record?
There are 1000's of good sponsors in the USA, what makes them better than taking the risk of investing in an overseas company?
