Rentredi fees tenant or owner

So you pass the rentredi fees (or whoever you use) onto the tenant?  I was considering paying the ACH fee, which is only $1/transaction.  Thoughts?

Tenant. If they use ACH the fee is $1, if they pay with a credit card it is 3%. We cover the fees up front in our marketing & outline it again during our walk through.

Ok that's what I thought.  Appreciate the response. I will make sure I include it in all future literature. I did have it in the tenant manual so they are aware.
