Looking for Peer to Practice Raising Money Pitch
Hello everyone,
I’m a 20 year old aspiring multifamily syndicator and I’m looking for someone with who I can practice and role-play pitching deals to with a full presentation and answering tough questions.
If anybody could help, would be an absolute honor and very appreciated.
Thanks

I recommend focusing first on gaining solid experience in the industry. The most persuasive pitches often come from genuine storytelling based on real-life experiences.
Additionally, while it may be tough to hear, age can be a factor in this industry. Being young might present challenges in being taken seriously. Consider this a motivation to build a robust portfolio and demonstrate your capabilities through actual results.
I don't know what you would be pitching at 20 years old to get money so listen to @Chris Seveney. Go to meetups and talk to people. Don't pitch them. At 20, why would anyone want to give you money? What is your experience? What is your track record? Build experience and track record before even thinking of asking your friends or family (or please no, strangers) for money.

Thanks for the feedback.
That’s what I’m trying to do though. Build my track record and get experience by buying small to mid-sized multifamily properties but I don’t have any money.
@Lorenzo Lopez no one wants to give money to someone who has no money. That's not a good risk, especially if they have no experience.
