Hi everyone,

I want to buy home insurance for my rental property. I did enquiry with some insurance company but lot of not providing insurance to rental house.  Could you please suggest me some insurance provider who covers rental property.

Thanks

Neetu

@Neetu Patil - I'd start listening to Michael Zuber on one rental at a time. He invests in Fresno CA and he owns a ton of properties out there. I'm sure he has a ton of insurance brokers that can assist you. It might even make sense to shoot him a DM on instagram. Good luck!

Something isn't adding up here. Why would an insurance company not provide insurance on a property? Where is it? There are almost no homes that are uninsurable.

hi @Neetu Patil, that's unfortunately more common in CA these days, many companies have stopped quoting new business and/or are dropping certain types of homes.  I'll message you some referrals that have been able to get tougher deals done for me recently, good luck!

Have you tried Nreig. I do some of my rentals here and they are quite accepting of rentals
