Thank you so much for this insightful book, I only wish there were even more stories!!! Such great info! As a newbie, not only did it give me many things to consider avoiding along my way it also gave me paths I had never thougt about to head down. After reading it, I just purchased j Scott's book and can't wait to read it. Thank you bigger pockets!
